Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with YoPets GPS Pet tracking, then please contact us within 14 days of your original purchase date to initiate the refund process.

“YoPets does not tolerate inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, harassment or foul language. We will terminate services and communications with anyone who engages in such behaviour.”

Upon receiving the device in good condition in its original packaging, YoPets will refund the full value of the YoPets GPS tracker (device) minus transaction charges. Please note that:

  1.  The shipping fee paid during purchase will not be refunded
  2.  Refunds are not issued for purchases made at discounted prices which were part of special offers or ongoing promotions.
  3. The subscription fee will not be refunded. You may cancel the subscription by contacting us support@yopets.app 10 days before renewal.

The subscription renews automatically and is charged directly to your respective credit card or debit card as the case may be. Hence, it is your responsibility to contact us 10 days in advance of your renewal date should you wish to not renew your subscription. 

To initiate the refund process, please contact support@yopets.app and attach the original receipt.

Instead of initiating the refund process with us, should you open a dispute then 50% of the disputed amount will be withheld while we gather evidence for our submission of the refund.
