If you are not satisfied with YoPets GPS Pet tracking solution, then please contact us within 14 days of your original purchase date. We will give you a full refund minus transaction charges.
Please note that refunds are not issued on purchases made at discounted prices which were part of special offers or ongoing promotions.
To initiate the refund process, please fill up the request form and attach the original receipt.
Instead of initiating the refund process with us, should you open a dispute then 50% of the disputed amount will be withheld while we gather evidence for our submission of the refund.
The subscription renews automatically and is charged directly to your respective credit card or debit card as the case maybe. Hence, it is your responsibility to contact us 15 days in advance should you wish to not renew your subscription.
